And today, something from the mail bag…
Question: Tony, I usually understand what you mean in your articles, but I’m a little confused here. What do you mean by, “create a process for everything I do”, and why’s it important?
Tony: Hey, this is an important question. However, the answer’s even more important.
Think of a process like a system, because that’s exactly what it is.
McDonalds is a master of creating and perfecting systems with the sole goal of squeezing more profit from each of their franchisees.
You should think about your processes in the same way, as profit machines.
I want you to create a process for everything of relevance in your life and business.
Once you’ve had some successes, a process will allow you to scale and grow your business exponentially. Without it, you’re dead in the water.
Simply put, a process is breaking actions down into their smallest component parts in order to make them achievable.
Question: The term you’re using, Perpetual Wealth, how’s that different from financial freedom?
Tony: Perpetual Wealth is a new term I believe I coined. Or at least I’ve never heard anyone else use it the way I’m using it (at all actually). I came up with it about six months ago, while creating my new programs.
Let me ask you this; what is financial freedom to you?
If you’re like most people I talk with about their definition of it, not only can’t they put it into concise terms, they don’t really know the specifics of how to reach it, or when they’ve arrived.
It’s more of an esoteric term that isn’t fully developed.
Freedom comes from knowing your LCF number. That’s your lifestyle-cash-flow number, which is the amount of money you need passively rolling in each month to live the lifestyle you choose.
Whatever it is, it’s usually achievable in 3 – 8 years.
Of course, in my Perpetual Wealth program I give you a lot more detail about exactly how to achieve it.
Unlike the nebulous and often used term “financial freedom” (and you’ll be reading a lot more about this):
Perpetual Wealth is increasing your cash flow and growing your net worth, continuously, consistently and most important, passively.
Question: Hi. I have all these ideas for starting a business, but not sure which to do. If you were to select one type of online business to focus on what would you suggest?
Tony: That’s a bit of a loaded question because ultimately it comes down to you: your personality and your objectives also play a role.
For me, one criterion is that I’m fully in control of my destiny.
That’s why I like building an email list, marketing my own products and a few quality others.
There are too many situations where you think you’re in control, but really aren’t.
A great starting point is the Perpetual Wealth Club which gives you a new online business idea every month.
In the inaugural issue, we show you how some people are making a million dollars a year in this quirky, but simple business. I provide you with all the details you need to get started yourself.
What’s more, it barely costs any money at all upfront.
It’s crazy really.
But like anything, you can’t be lazy. It won’t come to you if you don’t do something. You need to do a little leg work.
I’m launching everything, including a limited seating Mastermind on Jan 31/17.
But, there’s also a free webinar where I’ll take you through all 7-steps of creating Perpetual Wealth.
You won’t want to miss that.
