One winter, when the gas had been turned off because she couldn’t pay the bill, she broke apart some wooden furniture to burn and warm the house. Not something you’d wish on anyone, right?
Later, our entrepreneur got caught hurricane like storm of the real estate collapse. He was in the development business at the time and the storm left him 1.5M in debt!
There was a point where he didn’t know whether to pay his rent or buy food.
His Phoenix like transformation from that devastating bankruptcy and debt, is well documented in the books and courses he has written and created.
The story of his life is as fascinating as the transformation of a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly, but the simplicity of the formula for his lifestyle is even better.
