Most of us have experienced a person whose arrogance is so appalling that we don’t want to be around that person or even in the same room.

But did you know that arrogance like this is usually a sign of deeply engrained fear?

It’s actually a lack of confidence.

The opposite of confidence is fear, so the arrogant are generally hiding their fear.

Fear of what? Well, that might depend on the situation you are in. It might be the fear “of being liked or accepted” by people in the room or at a party.

It might be the fear of being wrong.

Have you ever been in a situation where someone states something so emphatically, that they leave no room for discussion, because they “know” they are right.

I’ve seen this happen many times and I’ve known for a fact they are wrong. I haven’t always pointed it out because in some cases there’s just “up-side” to doing so. But I have on occasion, when it made sense to do so. (don’t get me wrong, I’m not always right either)

Doing this can lead to a heated discussion, but hey, that’s the way it goes sometimes.

We all have fears of some sort. But, it’s how we handle our particular fears that makes a difference in our life.

You’ve likely heard that public speaking and death by fire are considered two of the top fears.

Having spoken in front of groups of more than 2,000 people and being on stage with people like Mark Victor Hansen and Bob Proctor, can bring a little fear to the situation; however, my talk was highly thought of and I was awarded an honorary doctorate in one case.

What fears do you have?

Fear of failure can be a dominant fear for many people.

But keep in mind, failure can also be one of our greatest teachers. I know I learned a lot from my financial demise in my early 20s. It’s helped me get where I am today.

When it comes to failing in business, it can cost us time and money.

One of the best ways to avoid many of the common mistakes in business is to have a coach or mentor guide you. Personally, I’ve had and hired several to help me out and still work with them today in areas I need some help with.

This is one of the greatest aspects of program I’ve partnered with.

For only 49 bucks (a crazy low investment), you get access to a comprehensive 21-step training program which includes your personal one-on-one coach. For just 49 bucks!!

I’ve spent $30,000 to hire one of my coaches, so to say that you get a coach included in the 21-step program amazes me.

AND – I’ll add this bonus if you decide to jump on this.

You’ll also get personal access to me, to ask questions and get advice on how to become more productive and build and online business.
