As you know, if you’ve been reading my emails for a while, I’m a firm advocate of affiliate marketing as a very viable way to make a great living online.

This can be done part-time initially, and built to a full-time income if you like what you’re doing (don’t let the part-time aspect fool you, you can make thousands a month).

However…

What I see far too many people doing is being affiliates for anything, everything and anyone, without consideration to serving the people on their list.

Never forget that providing value to your list is by far the most the important thing you can do as a blogger or email marketer.

But how do you do that?

First, it depends on why people joined your list.

If, for example, they joined to find out the latest weight loss tips, you wouldn’t send them information on the latest “survival” course.

It wouldn’t make sense.

But more importantly, you aren’t helping the people who are counting on you to provide valuable information.

So, when choosing to offer information about offers as an affiliate, be sure to do it with the best interests of your list in mind.

And, in addition, provide them with something of value in the email itself.

They may or may not be interested in the offer you present, but this way you’re still serving the people on your list.

Affiliate marketing is an art as much as a science.

Always be sure to continue to develop your relationship with your list by offering them quality, not quantity.

Know what you’re offering and who it’s from.

I provide you with insights and tips each day, while at the same time introducing you to some of the top people in particular fields that will help you make money and create your future.

That might be in the arena of financial growth, online marketing or even personal development.

I know I’m not the only person that can help you build your future, but I do know I can be part of it.

I associate with some of the top people in a variety of fields through my current and past business dealings.

And what I want for you is the success I’ve been able to have over the years.

Any products or introductions I make have been fully vetted by me, and more often than not, I know the people behind them personally or they’ve come very highly recommended from someone I fully trust.

I talk in detail about this in Perpetual Wealth: 7-Steps to Prosperity Wealth and Freedom.

I have affiliates who market this program for me as well, but in the same way, I’m selective about who I allow to market any of my products.

You should be too. It’s about your reputation. And that’s priceless!
