If you’ve been following my writings for a while you know that I’m huge proponent of working when you want, from where you want and not having to worry to about money.
But how?
There are two key elements in that first sentence.
Working and money.
I’m going to deal with the money part first and come back to the working part.
When taking the leap to living the WIFI Lifestyle full-time you need to be sure your bills are covered and you have the income to live the life you want.
One of the keys to be able to do this knowing your LCF number. LCF, stands for Lifestyle Cash Flow number.
This is the amount of monthly income it will take for you to live the life and lifestyle you want.
It’s different for everyone. For some people it’s $5,000 a month, while for someone else it might be $50,000 a month.
Achieving your LCF number can be done in a number of ways, but generally, it can be broken down into two.
Income from whatever business endeavor you’re involved in or passive income, by building a Perpetual Wealth Portfolio, which I detail in my free report; Perpetual Wealth. (which I hope you’ve read) It’s available on my web site.
Given this is a short email, I’m going to leave it there for the moment because you can read all about it in the report.
The other aspect of is that four letter word, “work.”
First, if you are happy with your current employment situation and you’re making all the money you need, then maybe what I’m about to say isn’t for you.
However, if you aren’t completely happy with your situation, you need to make a decision on how you’re going to go about changing it.
I’d suggest doing “something” from home that you can start part-time and that has high-income potential. There are such things.
Two for example are; “affiliate marketing and copywriting.”
Today, I’m going to focus on copywriting.
For some people the idea of writing, especially for a living, can seem a little daunting.
Copywriting can be a very high paying endeavor. In fact, you can command thousands of dollars to write an email series, landing page or other marketing campaign.
As you gain experience, you can even ask for an ongoing percentage of all the sales your copy generates. I know several copywriters making several hundreds of thousands of dollars’ a year. Some of it residual.
How do you write such copy? Where do you start?
Most if not all copywriters use formulas for writing.
If you’ve ever closely read any of the sales emails or sales page web sites, with the knowledge of these formulas, you’d see them staring you in the face.
