The emails keep coming in – sometimes they are a little passive-aggressive or personal, but hey, – I love it!
I think I’ve been stirring up some emotions recently.
Q&A …
Q: “OK, Tony. If you’re so well off, why are you still doing online marketing?” Colin C, NYC
A: Thanks for the question Colin. You’re not the first to ask this.
In fact, I laughingly ask myself the same question sometimes.
If you’ve been reading my emails for a while, you’ll remember, “cash flow is king” and the more the better (depending on your goals).
Truth is that I like to write and I get a lot of satisfaction by helping people do better in life. I get a “warm fuzzy” feeling inside when folks write to tell me how I’ve transformed their lives.
But also, I want to fly “privately.” I fly first or business class all the time, but there’s something about avoiding the lineups and security checks at the airport. Flying private most of the time is the goal – and for that, you need “cash flow”.
I’m taking a private helicopter next week from San Diego to Ensenada, Mexico, to drive rally cars in the Baja with some people from the Private Club I belong to out of New York City. It’s going to be a blast!”
Q: “Can you prove what you’re saying about increasing your net worth by such an incredible amount?” Darlene T, TX
A: Hey Darlene, it seems some of my recent emails have sparked a few questions along these lines.
To prove it to you, you’ll need to be on the members only webinar for the Perpetual Wealth Club on March 9. I’m going to be showing all in attendance a copy of a statement from one of my brokerage accounts. It shows my account increased more than $750,000 from month to month last year.
I’ll also be showing a statement with my two largest holdings. These are actual opportunities you can take advantage of as well.
Be sure you’re on the webinar to see it first hand.
Q: “I’ve got a little over $10,000 and want to buy an investment property. But first, I want to grow it using your “wealth accelerator” strategy. How long will it take to turn it into $100,000?” Walden G, IL
A: First, congratulations on taking charge and starting down the road to Perpetual Wealth with cash flow real estate. Next, I’ve got to say that there are no guarantees and there are a lot of variables. But that’s not what you want to hear.
So, that said, my goal with any of my exponential growth strategies is to earn 10x my money in a one to three-year time frame.
Does it always work out?
No.
Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes shorter, sometimes I make less, sometimes I make much more and sometimes I lose some of the money.
But managed correctly, and following what I’ve done for about three decades, you should be able to accomplish your objective much faster than any other way possible.
I’ll be covering this more on the webinar below.
I really do appreciate the questions…
And as I mentioned above, the week of March 6, I’m holding a very special Perpetual Wealth Club members only webinar.
You can attend if you’re a member.
It’s easy to join and should pay for itself many times over!
