Get paid to blog and receive shares in the company…
There’s a new kid on the block when it comes to social media and some say it’s going to be bigger, much bigger than Facebook.
I don’t know if this is the case. However, I do know one thing; I’m earning shares in the company at this fledgling stage and happy to take the chance doing so.

Now, this isn’t like FB; you need to be approved to be on the platform. This is to help avoid Robots taking over the site and faking out the system just to earn cash and shares. But don’t worry, it’s easy to become a member.
The “tokens” (shares) you earn as you make posts online, comment on or repost other posts have a value which, if the pundants are correct, could be worth a fortune down the road. The tokens are actually part of the new world of Cryptocurrencies – which I’ll talk more about in future posts.
When you are starting out, your earnings will be small, but as you attract followers and gain a reputation, you accumulate more voting power and you earn more shares and dollars. (Steem Dollars)
I won’t go into all of the ins and outs right now, but here are a few of the terms you will learn about once you are a member:
Follow – as you would expect, following someone is just like becoming their friend on FB, but you don’t need the other person’s permission. The more followers you have, the more power you attain when it comes to voting.
Upvote – you have the ability to upvote or down-vote someone’s post – you should always upvote your own post. Each time your post receives an upvote, you earn money and shares in Steemit, based on the power of the voter and the number of votes you get.
Resteem – this is just like a retweet. Simply forward someone’s post if you like it. You receive earnings and so do they.
