Is your cornerstone ceremonial or is it part of the foundation of your “being?”
I could be talking about your fundamental value system or your financial situation.
But let me start here…
Originally, the cornerstone was the first stone laid in a masonry foundation and one of the most important. This was because every other stone laid would use this original stone as a reference.
If the cornerstone is out of wack, the entire structure could be misaligned or worse.
Later the cornerstone became more of a ceremonial stone.
It was laid in plain sight and had the name of the architect, contractor, mason and anyone else who might want their name immortalized for the life of the building.
Personally, I think of it not as an ornament, but as the foundation that you build upon.
At least when it comes to life and creating the lifestyle you want.
Appropriately, when it comes to creating Perpetual Wealth, once you have extra cash flow, one of the cornerstones to strongly consider is real estate.
Not just any real estate.
And not real estate bought with the expectation of huge gains in a rising market (this is to be used only strategically).
No…
You want to invest in cash flow real estate.
I get into all the reasons why in my Perpetual Wealth program so I won’t cover them all here.
However, I will say this.
Most people when investing in real estate do it wrongly.
They’re speculating. Not buying for cash flow.
There’s a huge difference!
Most people, when beginning to invest in real estate for cash flow need a little education.
Of course.
One of the benefits of these emails and your association with me, is that I have the contacts and people I trust in several areas of attaining wealth.
And in this case…
I want to introduce you to one my trusted trainers in the area of real estate. He’s got a great course that teaches you the art of cash flow investing, and he has people across the country (USA) to help you find those properties that fit the bill.
You can start this part of your education here and prepare yourself to create your Perpetual Wealth portfolio.
